What mods are affected by the auto tranny?

OK guys i was just wondering what mods did the auto tranny change. Well i can clear up a few, i know the cai i cant get with the auto. Im pretty sure that the whole exhaust system in unaffected. And i know that turbos will be. If i get the rrm throttle body or the intake manifold it should still fit in my auto. Right? Im pretty sure it will but not certain, i just dont want to order one of them and get screwed. Feel free to let me kow about anything else that i didnt mention.

Thanks Peace

i think the only thing you can't use on an auto is a cold air intake. then again, if you did a battery re-location, it should be possible.

auto tranny shouldn't affect getting an intake manifold or TB .. i can't think of anything else you can't use on the auto. well, ya can't replace the clutch but thats a given heh

But is it the tranny or the battery that gets in the way of both the Cai and the turbo?

combination of the two actually. The auto tranny is larger which pushes the piping into the battery. the problem is corrected apparently by either relocating the battery or getting one of those itty bitty batteries. (I dont know the name of the battery cuz i drive a stick...lol)
