nav head unit
2008 lancer gts - rf system and navi unit. my lancer engine died and do not want to replace it. can i install my head unit in another manufactures car, such as GMC or Toyota, or even in another Mitsubishi.

The reason I want to do this is because I have lifetime Sirius radio on the unit that can not be transferred to a new radio hoping to install in my brothers GMC Canyon or Toyota matrix

You might be able to fit it into a Mitsu Outlander...
Other manufacturers? I highly doubt it.
