replacing possitive battery cable..

So, to be clear i have minimal knowledge when it comes to cars. I am currently borrowing a 02 lancer from my brother, it has sat for awhile, so there's some minor things to be done. The possitive battery terminal needs to be replaced, but the bolt is rusted solid. PB Blaster isn't doing jack to loosen it, so i'm probably going to replace the whole cable.

So here's my question. There is, what appears to be, a fuseable link on the terminal. I can not find a link for an 02. I can find plenty for 03 and newer, but not an 02. Do i buy an 03 fuse block, and just attach it to the new cable and call it good? Is an 02 supposed to have one? ANY help and advice is appreciated. The terminal head was so old, that when my dad was trying to help me, the terminal separated and got bent to all hell, the possitive terminal keeps losing a solid connection, because it can't be tightened. I need to replace the cable asap.

thanks!
