TOPSPEED Of Lancer

Hey,for those of u with lancers have u tried toppin out ur car? i find this strange,about a month ago my car would hit 120,an now it seems 2 only go 110.is there a limiter holding it back now?

AHHH,come on.some1 here has had 2 push their car 2 the limit,i need some feedback here
