Question Power System

Okay I have a system and radar detector running in the car. When I go to put the windows down or close the sunroof, it runs kinda slow depending on how many windows I have to close and if the headlights are on or not. Also, the headlights dim when I open or close the windows. I know this is a power issue, and I probably need to change something, but I'm not sure what. Any suggestions?

What you have to change is your ****ty attitude.

You're drawing too many accessories at once. If anything changing your alternator would help, but I really really really doubt it's worth doing that for such a minor inconvenience.

Oh right. Forgot about better grounds. Silly me. This is why I generally stay away from electrical questions.

You may not even have to replace a single wire. Just check all the grounds and make sure they're on clean, unpainted surfaces. Improving the grounds may be enough to placate you.

Instead of closing all your windows and your sunroof at the same time. Try one or two.

Sorry I didn't mean to come off sounding like a byatch. I know it's a minor issue and that all you smart-automotive guys would know the answer.
