they use the sam bulb that come stock on the tail lights. Far as opening em, just take the tail light off, unscrew the bulb out and insert a new one. You dont take the clear plastic off.

that is the way ALL tail lights are made. You never open the housing to replace a bulb...

If the fuse was out then how would the taillights still turn on during breaking? Where is the fuse located? Where can i buy one? Please help I sent tyc this message

I've owned the taillights for about 5 months now, and they were working fine now for some reason the right taillight does not stay on while driving or making right hand turns, the only time the bulb works is when i hit the brakes, the left one is still working fine, I purchased the lights online due to the fact that i live in New Jersey and around me there are no retailers of ur tyc lights, my lights came brand new sealed in the tyc package i still have the package and everything, there are also other users with the same problem here is the post on our lancer club website,

wow, this thread should go under newbie, fuse box is under the hood, to the right, next to your intake, little black box, open it and check the tail light fuse, and you get a new fuse, depending on what size it is, at ANY hardware and/or auto parts store, trust me, not hard
