How to make sure I am getting new factory parts?

Someone ended up hitting my Lancer OZ Rally and the entire bumper is going to have to be replaced. The place my car is getting repaired at I am somewhat hesistant to go to but because of the situation I dont think I have much of a choice. I really dont care where it gets taken as long as factory parts are used and it looks like nothing ever happened.

Is there a way to check the parts to see if they are authentic? Is there a way to be sure I dont get taken on this, I want to make sure everything is perfect.

Even though it'll be expensive if you get it done at the dealership then you'll know it'll be a exact replacement.

Ask the body shop to see the parts before they paint them and you want see the mitsubishi invoice. If they have nothing to hide they should have no problem letting you see the panels and paperwork. Ive actually seen people do this.

So the panels should say what on them to show they are legit? I know I COULD force the guy to have my car repaired anywhere I want but he doesnt have the money and I am not gonna go to court for this kinda thing.
