I saw a Honda with it anglesd like that in Jacksonville, NC before I moved from there. The guy worked at Shogun's Japanese Hibachi. Oh wait, why am I talking about a civic? Nevermind. Actually just going back over this, I just noticed that I am a damn nomad. I just keep moving! WTF?

it wont be illegal unless you have no lght on it or any color light except white. make sure the light is white and you should be fine. some cops will probably pull you over to be ****** though.

no, it is not illegal... as long as there is a rear facing liecense plate then it is legal... (as long as it isnt upside down....) i think 45 degree angle or less should work.

Maybe where you live...here on the other hand...you can have a 2 degree angle and it is illegal. Must be horizontal in AR...ask any minitruck guy who has an angled cut out why they have it screwed into the body horizontally. CHECK LOCAL LAW!
