slave cylinder

does anyone know how to change a slave cylinder for an 02 oz?
picture would be very helpfull

you will have to drop the whole transmission, its internal on the 02-03 models. i had the same problem, so i just took it to the dealership and had them do it and replace the clutch. thats probably your best option, unless you have a lift and a lot of help.

yeah i think it came out to be somewhere around 1100, which was with the clutch, slave cylinder, tax and labor (and since the problem was let go so long i also had to have the flywheel sufaced). the slave cylinder itself isnt expensive, its like 50, but what was really costly was the labor. so unless you have had your clutch replaced a short time ago, its best to go ahead and get that done too. good luck with that.
