Ok I am supposed to get my EVO VIII wing from accolade this week. I have an '02 OZ Rally with the rear spoiler. I'm supposed to be getting my cf hood also and getting the car repainted in the coming weeks. Should I try and take the spoiler off my self? and if so, how do I go about getting in off and disconnecting the Brake light wiring? Or should I see if they guy that is painting it will do it for me? I guess since he works at a body shop I should let him handle all that huh? Damm I knew I should have went to UTI!! Well any help or suggestions would help! And for all the people who don't have any suggestions and want to leave asisnine comments, feel free cause I could care less what you want me to do with my car! When you start making my car payment then I'll think about what you say! For everyone else without their heads up their butt, I would appreciate any help that you guys could give me. Thanks.

if your removing the oz wing there is just a connection in the trunk that the light connects to, a male and female end. when you remove the wing you will unplug the connection and it will just sit inside your trunk. (If you look in to the right (passenger side) you should see it.)
as for the hole in the middle you can do it the right way and get it covered and painted or just go to a napa or something and get a plug that fits. I put on a cf evo wing temp. until I get my cf trunk and I used a plastic gloss black plug and put a lil silicone under it and its worked perfect.
Removeing the wing.. Its easy. just a couple nuts and a few bolts and your done. Just try not to lose them inside the braces of the trunk. hope that helps.
