my fans arent running

usualy when i run my a/c my fans are running and now theyre not. ive tried the a/c recharger but as soon as i got it to the right amount i drove my car and it sounded like it ate something then instantly my a/c goes to hot, pulled over and these fans arent moving.

There is a new recall from the dealer on the fans. I got a letter in the mail the other day. Take it to them and they should fix it.

any other ideas, what are those fans called?

Take an electrical tester and see if there is continuity or if the fan motors are just shot.

no recalls on my car, where do i check the for the fan motor?

any other ideas?

Yeah, I had my car taken into the dealer for a replacement fan controller relay or switch. That just might have gone in your ride...?

Try disconnecting and reconnecting the plugs to the fan switch relay.

I had to check the function of my '92 Civic fan (still won't turn on), but I just ran a wire from the batt to the fan just to make sure it worked. Try that, so we can narrow this down...
