hey guys, the dealership offered me this protection package . and basically what they offer is called diamond kote protection with a lifetime warranty...

they offer the following (note: each package is worth $400CND on its own):
paint protection > protect the paint from fading > some type of wax
fabric protection > im guessing some type of scotch guard for the fabric
rust protection > undercoating and body rust protection coating
sound shield > more under car protection

i was thinking just forgetting about all that stuff, and just doing the Rust protection with the body, and undercoat rust protection for $400CND.. is that a good deal? or am i getting ripped off? (keep in mind its a lifetime warrenty)

or do the full package for $1200CND save myself the $400CND, since thats the deal the dealership gave me ???

 

i got the whole package for my car but it was on sale i only piad 499 for everything

i think the only thing worth it would be the undercoat..IMO

 

thats what im thinking.. undercoating is all i need really... i wax my car every few months.. so that should protect my paint..

 

also, ive worked at a few dealerships, and ive been told that stuff is just a glorified wax, not sure if this is 100% true, but it always seemd like an upsell to me....
