Wood grain interior 2008 Lancer GTS
Wood grain interior 2008 Lancer GTS
Since my CF went bad so quick and there isnt going to be replacements avaliable for a while. I took my car to Pro Guard custom auto design here and got my trims removed for wood grain dipping. Im getting black wood grain to blend in a little. It should be done in 3 weeks here is the before pics with trim removed.

wasnt too hard about 20 mins for the guy to take everything out. the dash trim has 1 screw per piece and same with the door carbon but u have to pull the pannel all the way off to get to the screws for anything on the doors. but dash and console stuff came out easy. im not exactly shure either but ive seen it when its done on another car and it looks just like in expensive luxury cars wood interior.
the dealership said its a combo of high heat and aftermarket interior cleaning products that melted/faded the color. it was so bad in some spots u couldnt even see the lines in the cf. everyone that looked inside the car the 1st thing they see lol. couldnt stand it anymore. the wood grain is lifetime warranty and was not as much as i thought.

A black wood grain dip would be nice.
It should compliment the in/exterior quite nicely.
I wonder how a brushed titanium would look there?
Put like a lancer stamp on it with some caligraped impression?
Mine is tending to fade as well from the sun.
If I am goin to change the tone, I would like something more post-modern.
