Remove Stock Side Skirts

CRAZY QUESTION BUT I NEED HELP

Does anyone know exactly what tools are needed and how to remove the stock side skirts off a 06 oz or ralliart?

Here maybe this will help...

There's also double-sided tape all way across the top.

Flathead screwdriver and brute strength to pry off the "tape". Nah, the tape ain't that strong...
