cluster help
okay b4 anything i could find anything about this on here.....does anyone know if the 05 lancer es cluster will fit on the 02 lancer es?????
Or another question i heard on here by searching that if i put a (05) evo cluster on my es that the Mph would b off is this true???

thanx...i wounder if there is any way to adjust it to were it does work to were the mph were right ......hmmmm

so to the people who changed it...........did it work good?? and is the rpm off too or just the speedo????
because a couple people that changed them out said that there Rpm or speedo werent workn... or that there SES light came on
i was wondering if i could change out to the evo cluster too ,but my car is auto would that make any diff if it would work??

The cluster will be accurate, I was wrong about the 7% off thing. I thought the mileage was read in a wheel RPM manner by the cluster (ie. wheels are spinning 1000 times a minute, the wheels are X big thus the speed is Y) but I think the ECU manages the speed and then just transmits the reading to the cluster.
