Xtralight HID SYSTEM

Hey guys, I just join the forum , i traded in my 06 eclipse gt for 08 lancer gts

Anyways lol, I am looking into buying a Xtralight HID System for the car but our cars have that headlight warning doesn't it? If it does i would have to pay 50 extra for that damn special ballast to keep that code away wouldn't I? Alright thanks guys this could be a sticky i guess.

What headlight warning?

Also, we have DRLs - have you considered that?

my eclipse had drl all you have to do is turn on the hids before i drope the ebrake. I used to do it all teh time before their was a method to remove drl which i did bro.

If you read the lancer manual their is a computer warning light when their is something out of wack with teh headlights.

Just making sure. Some people don't know that DRL and HID don't work together.

Gotcha, thanks. I did read the manual, but I guess I missed that part (or forgot it).
