I was playing around w/ the INFO button and the service reminder w/ the little wrench reset to 9000km/4 months! I tried to see if I could reset, and it went to 15,000km/7 months....eeeek!

hahahaha...lol...It happened to me too. I changed my oil at the 3000 mile mark about 2 weeks ago. I said well, let me reset the service marker. So it had about 4,500 miles left and 4 months. When I reset it added, now I have like 11,500 miles 11 months. I also went eeeekkkk to that.

 

ya that happened to me as well

the service reminder thing only worked for a bit and then after my 1st mantanance it said 4,500km with 4 months and last week it says service required everytime i turn on the car, and the km and months say ---- ----, now when i went bak 4 my 2nd mantanance, they just turned it off, so i dont even have that function anymore =\, i thought that was a pretty kool function but now...... i dont even have it anymore, i wonder if they even know how 2 reset the thing

 

it works - I reset mine

park the car with the e-brake up.

1. turn the ignition one click forward
2. Use the info button to scroll to the wrench icon
3. Hold down INFO until it beeps, and hold it again 2 more times (it will beep)
4. the Wrench should be blinking
5. press (don't hold) INFO 3x
6. Scroll the different service options..JPN, EUR, NAS... I used NAS10 , i think?

7. Hold down INFO to confirm until it beeps.
