Hello people, nice to meet you all..
OK, i have a Lancer but is not from US... it is the Lancer GLS is almost the same as the GS. the thing here is.
can i install any bluetooth system in the car ?

Any bluetooth system can be installed. You may not have a fun time with wiring if you want to use steering wheel volume controls, but it would work. Buy the 
bluetooth module if you can.
