hi all. i have a problem with my HIDs. when i turn them off they strobe. i pulled the daytime running light fuse but it still hapens. just wondering if anyone has any ideas on what i can do next.

Pulling the DRL fuse doesn't turn off the DRLs (funny, isn't it?). Your problem is that the DRLs are still on. So either leave your lights set to ON 24-7, or rewire the lights.
