Suggestion On Painting Front Bumper:Black GTS

Well the painting the black looks good for every color on the lancers except for black..so heres my problem the front of my bumper the lancer has a little chrome around the mitsu sign and the rest is black

now what i want to do is paint it the silverish color like it is on the black MRs like this

http://boy36.shrani.si/?mitsu%20wallpapers

that would mean i also would have to paint my chrome trim.

any suggestions on how i would go about accomplishing this?

it looks like more of a flat black than a silver....

and also there is a writeup that someone did on how to paint the chrome trim... it involves removing the grill sanding the chrome...etc

What do you want to hear? Same answer as in other threads - sand, spray, spray, spray, clearcoat. Allow to dry, crack a , call it a day.
