Where can I get new lugs?

See, this is WHY I started a thread called "official wheel/tire info" and filled it with information...

Lug nut thread/pitch - 12 x 1.5

As to where - most anywhere. I got a nice set of Gorilla lug nuts with my wheels from TireRack. eBay always works. Heck, most auto parts stores will have them. Just make sure you get the right kind - they have to match the mounting surface of your wheels. Some wheels are flat, some are angled, etc.
