Works Drop In Air Filter... 2009 Lancer?
Hey, I hope this hasnt been asked or answered anywhere, but I wanted to know if the works filter will be compatible with the 2009 lancer models?
Also whats involved in that installation?
I really want to keep my car as stock as possible but the air filter seems basic and wouldnt void the warranty? Does it give any noticeable increase in HP?
Also I am kinda considering an exhaust but would want an extremely low key axel back. The works one seems a little louder then I would want, does anyone make one more quiet that still give a performance boost?

Should be. I highly doubt they changed the airbox.
Install is easy - open box, pull out stock filter, replace with Works, reclose box.
Air filter will NOT void your warranty. Car does feel a bit peppier. I don't have a dyno sheet to show you, though.
Most any axleback will give a performance boost, but all will make the car louder. RRM should be decently quiet since they use a traditional muffler. Most of the ricer options (GReddy, HKS, etc) are just an open canister. They aren't even really mufflers - just resonators shaped like mufflers...
