RRM Shift Knob

Im starting to think about getting a new shift knob, something simple, yet good looking. I like the RRM one, but I have a question: how tall is the RRM knob? I really want a knob that wont sit higher than the stock shift knob, preferably something lower than it, but I also want the thread pattern so its a straight screw on.

Are you talking about the tall one? It's going to be much higher than stock.

dang, alright.......well what about the WORKS or TWM shifters? TWM is 30 dollars more, but they have it in a flat black finish, which would match my car better than WORKS, but what would be better overall?

WORKS:

TWM:

Also, with TWM, it says to specify your car for the thread pattern, but it wont let me select the year Lancer I have (2008). Do all Lancers have the same thread pattern??

Yes, all Lancers are threaded 10mm.

WORKS knob is very popular around here, so I'd probably go with them. It's much cheaper and has the gear pattern on the knob.

Make sure you ask them if they are in stock before you order. There have been times when they were waiting on more for months.

I like the flat black, but I also dont have a lot of money haha. I thought the works knob came with the WORKS logo, and only with the shift pattern if asked? Id rather have the WORKS logo.....

haha look in audio and security section, i have a thread in there about my subs I just started, but no, dont miss it one bit =) the amazing bass makes up for the loss haha

also, i added a poll at the top, check it out!

Also, between the TWM and WORKS, which is actually physically smaller? does anyone know? both say they are 2" in diameter, but the WORKS has that little raise on the bottom of it, which i dont think is included in the 2", where the TWM is just a sphere with no lift on the bottom.
