Hi I recently bought a new 2009 Lancer GTS white with the navi packagage and sun and sound package. The dealership promised to get me a car in a week, but after a week they just put a navigation system in a white 09 gts on the lot that didn't originally have one. Problem is, they didn't install the yellow rca video input, next to the red and white under the air conditioning. I asked the dealership if they would put in the input, because I figured they didn't finish the job. I was told up and down it wasn't a problem. They took my car, held it for 3 days did nothing (all the while reassuring me they were getting it done asap) then I got a call from a floor manager saying I didn't ask for the video input. I PAID FOR THE PACKAGE, unbelievable. I went in showed him the mitsu site where it said the aux video input was included and he said he wouldn't do anything for me. He even said I wasted his time. SO, the kicker is I called mitsu customer relations and today a case manager said that the info on the website might be inaccurate and the difference between what the dealer gave me and what the manufacturer installed was different. AND, it was up to the DEALER if they wanted to put in the jack. I cannot believe the how awful I was treated. IF LOOKING FOR A MITSU IN SOUTH JERSEY DO NOT BUY FROM CHERRY HILL TRIPLEX!

Does anyone know what I should do, or have they had this problem? THanks.

 

Go with what they have as the norm, here's how my purchase at Southwest Mitsubishi in Weatherford, TX went:

"Yeah I understand you want a red ES with a sunroof, CVT, and chrome exhaust tip, but how about instead you test-drive this electric blue loaded GTS we've got? It's the last one on our lot."

"Oh what the hell why not...I can afford it."

And I haven't looked back since.
