I realize that orbital has done some serious R&D to come up with their double din kit. Much respect for those of you who went out and bought it. BUT, i work in audio installation, and other than making the custom bezel for the radio itself the reloctaion seems easy enough to do on my own.

So my question is: HAS ANYONE, taken out the hvac controls from an eclipse/mirage/galant from 99-02 and just moved them into the cubby hole below the existing hvac controls with success. The orbital kit has the same controls as the 01 eclipse, and just moved them down it seems. ANY AND ALL COMMENTS.
