DRL FOG's

I know this has been discussed already, but cant seem to find the post.

1. How do you convert your Fog lights to the DRL's?

2. Is it possible to convert the Highbeams to the DRL's?

Thanks!

i dont remember which wire u have to extend..i'm pretty sure its the fogs wire..
and thenn just switch the wires from the lowbeam to the fogs...extending it is pretty easy just solder a piece of wire together and theree..put sum water resistant tape around it
just 4 protection.
i believe any copper wire will do..not sure though.
also. make sure ur fog bulbs are 55w
if u have 80w or 100w, u risk melting ur fuse. that'll b expensivee

installing HIDs after the conversion will not cause any problems.

As long as you don't install HIDs for your fog lights, you'll be all set. I have HIDs on all 3 sets of lights, so I'm just waiting for a chance to play around with running a wire through the firewall. Until then, my lights are always on and I just let the car turn them off automatically.

i know the hid diy guides that are stickyed talk about parking light routing or something like that but i'm not sure what that means....

so my question is can this be done to do drl parking lights? instead of the fogs or the headlights?
