I think that the whole bumper is one piece. Unless you want to start cutting it...

 

and if you cut out the middle of the front bumper you'll have all the reinforcement and the actual bumper behind the front bumper cover to deal with. It'll be ~ugly~ if you don't remove that stuff behind it. If you DO remove the stuff behind the middle of your front bumper, all I have to say is don't get into a wreck......

 

yeah i am not sure about what you are asking but if you want to remove the part of the bumper that a lot of people like to cover up and black out so it looks like an evo, i dont recommend it. just cover it if you dont like it.
