I am doing this kind of install on my 06 with the ralliart lips, are they oem lips? if so you probably have to drill holes in the bumper I noticed when I had mine up on a lift that there was markings on the inside of the bumper these I think are to indicate where to drill the holes.the 08-09 may have this, just something to think about

For the fronts, Take off the bumper and it has drill points pre-molded on the inside, part of the design for the dealership when they install the kit. Then just bolt on. For the Sides The OEM ones came with little stickies that stuck to the car after you test fit. These showed you where to drill into the metal and then snapped in with the snaps like the door panels have and secured with some 3m Tape and a couple bolts on the bottom.

\But this was for the OEM kit. dunno if yours is OEM or not. But at any rate should come with detailed instructions.
