help installing stock sideskirts

i have a 04 ES and i ordered some stock skirts from a guy, and all that was included was the parts no hardware, does anyone know what screws or plastic pins i need?

The holes under my car are actually filled with these plastic pieces, do clips go in them? Or do I just but a screw through the plastic?

I'd say screw through it, but if you were going to get it painted might as well get the shop to install and paint it also.

Thanks I actually painted it myself ftw, so yea I'm just going to go with tap screws tomorrow
