headlight question

i hate driving during the day with my headlights on all the time. does anyone know how to disable that so i can have it off when the switch is off and on only when the switch is on?

DRL isn't it the number 13 fuse, I know the newer model Lancers have no number 13 fuse. I still have not found a away to disable the DRL's on my 08 GTS
