hey i just wanted to know what RPMs anyone runs when at 65mph. i have a 2003 lancer es and im running 2900 at 65mph, is this normal, im in 5th gear too. i hear that some cars are only doing 2000. could this mean my clutch is slipping, i rele have no idea about this at all but any issues answering this would be great,

 

Don't worry that's how it's suppose to be, mitsubishi made the gears short

Even evo X guys are complaining about not having a 6th gear

 

alright well even if it is supposed to be that way, is that what everyone elses is, like i want someone to see if theres is like that. i know u cant check with urs but could someone else?

 

I have an 03 OZ rally and in 5th gear at 65 Im running a little over 2000, I dont hit 3000 until Im at about 75.
