Hey everyone i have an automatic 03 lancer oz and i wanna get a cold air intake... i looked in ebay and there are some that only cost 30-50 bucks but they say its only for manual transmissions... whats the difference in between the two?

 

the ones on ebay are going to be more generic and probably not certified and sometimes not even street legal, if i was you i would go with a name brand as they will be highly tested for maximum performce through the rpm ranges and with be deffinatly legal. and the difference between the ones that go in for manuals as opposed to the ones for automatic will be engine placement..sometimes there are some differences that will not allow ones for manual transmission to be placed into automatic transmission cars......damn that was reely long..my bad
