I ordered some HID compatible headlamps with halos, being told that they were adjustable. Low and behold, they don't seem to be. Once the bulbs are inserted, there isn't any way to change the angle, so they both shine downward and have a very short sight distance. Does anyone know any tricks to help? I'd greatly appreciate it!
