Question Question about supporting a bumper for repair

i got all the materials i need finally to fix my carbontrix ken front i got off the rrm drag car..
dont ask me why it took so long to get the mats lulz
basicly it has a crack area on the lower pass side ( center section )..
see pics below

overall the bumper is in good shape and the cracked area is easily fixable
but only thing that sucks is me going in an angle on driveways cause that bumper
sits lower than my oem, so now the underarea is scuffed up but in one peice...
ill prolly get some larger tires cause im runnin low prof tires[ next size up to avoid this problem

i was thinking of keeping the bumper yellow like the original but im gonna
have the lip part painted black when i get the car painted in the summer
hopefully b4 mod

Question is:
Is it better to have it up [ the bumper ] on sawhorses or concrete blocks?
or will a folding table work
