I have an 02 lancer es for those who dont know, im probably going to head up to a newar by city and get my 2 step done and setting the rev limiter

what do you guys prefer for both? and when I open the rom file where do I click to get this done? I know one file is the stationary rev but what else do i need to do?

Reason being is the tuner just tunes evos and doesnt know how to tune our cars so im probably just going to pay him to use his equipment and do it myself shouldnt be to hard
