It's the sensor located below your throttle opening:

Im looking for help on this subject as well. I now have a bad catalytic converter. This is its second one in less than a year, i ordered new plugs and wires for my car. but the only cel code coming through is the iac motor. and maybe an 02 sensor.

if i were you i would first look into getting a new iac valve/motor...its located right below your intake hose where it connects to the throttle body..i pulled it yesterday and took pics of it so i know about which to get to replace it. only reason im doin it myself this time around is because they want 500 for a new IAC motor which is the size of m y palm, and 500 for a new front cat which i was also told i needed...i would start with the IAC first, if that doesnt work try getting a new cat. but dont go thro the dealer, they price out the *** for each part

Thanks, so i figured out it was my stupidity and It isnt the catalytic converter, some welds on my exhaust broke and my exhaust is hitting the axle making my car sound terrible. like a beater, but i love my car.
