I just bought a 2002 Lancer ES and wanted to do some simple mods that dont cost alot but make ur car look/preform better......im not a car guy so plz explain.....i have about $1500 and plan on spending $2500-3000.....i want to buy Rims....spoiler....muffler/exhaust....rear and front head lights..../ New front grill/bumper/side skirts
