hey I dont know what this part is called but on top of the lancer "above the doors" (drivers and passengers side) there is a black rubber sealing that goes from one side to the other and its cracking due to the sun/heat and age I'm guessing, does anyone know where I can buy new ones? appreciate the help

 

Your talking about the rubber trim?

It hard to come across some over the internet from what Ive found. I have the same issue due to the florida sun, had to repaint some of my trim.

Best bet will probably be the Dealership, Junk yard or wait for some to pop up on Ebay .
