Hey I am planning on getting a shirt shifter for my 09 lancer and am deciding between TWM or WORKS. The stock setup seems too long of a travel compared to other cars I have driven. Getting comfortable with your car is just as important as any mod I believe.

So if anyone has any experience with either of these let me know. (or any others)

Hi 2009ESCJ,

We do have a lot of great feedback on our 2008+ Lancer short shifter. Here is an example here on the forum, it's about the Evo X but the short shifter is the same as the 2008+ Lancer short shifter:

It really completely changes the feeling of the car and makes you feel more connected to your car. Definitely a must have modification!

TWM is a great shifter. Now, I have a custom short shifter, even SHORTER than the TWM one lol
