Talking How to install a clutch

I had a ACT cutch installed on my 02 mits lancer oz rally. When I got the car back the clutch pedal would would grab at the top, like only 4" to 5" inches when normally when installing a new clutch it should grab at half way. Also when installing new clutch do you also need to cut disc were the clutch is installed? Is there videos out their to look at. I just need some help guys thanks.

Its is not the same as brakes. What you have to do is:

1 open bleeder valve
2 have friend push the clutch to the floor and hold
3 close bleeder valve
4 have friend SLOWLY bring the clutch pedal back to its resting position

Repeat steps 1-4 several times while keeping an eye on your fluid level in the master cylinder. Make sure your getting a full stream of fluid several times and then you should be good.

Also I will add I personally have never had any luck with the bleeder guns I just find a buddy and have them work the pedal.
