I went to get an oil change and when they were finished they gave me a 3 pages of recommendations. What kind of maintenance does the car need at 64k miles?

Also when I come to a stop light my car idles low and then it idles normal and then back low, any suggestions what could cause this.

Oh and is there anyway to update the maps on the navigation system?
