2010 Lancer GTS, Automatic

I just got a quote for $1900 to replace the front and rear struts, rear rotors + pads, right rear outer tie rod and an alignment.

The price seems high and I am not even sure I think the struts need replacement. When I bounce the car they seems pretty stiff with very little rebound so how else should I test that?

My car does make some clunking noises on bumps but it feels like its the stabilizer links.

Once I get the car on the jacks I will check the tie rods and if they need to be replaced I will change both outers Any thoughts on whether I should do the inners as well? It seems unnecessary to me.

As for the rotors and pads, I did replace the pads all around in July and at that time the rotors did look like they were on the end of their life but I was cheap at the time and decided to hold off.

My car has 105K by the way.

Any thoughts / parts recommendations for me?
