I'm new to Arizona and have to get emissions testing done unfortunately... I've not done anything that would affect passing emissions yet, but with that being said I want to get headers and I know that takes out the first cat.

How strict are they?
Anyone have a header on their lancer and pass?
Do they do a visual inspection that is strict on having both cats?
Any tips for making my ricer sound more like rice white passing emissions?

 

you could always just add another cat and replace with test pipe as needed.

 

Yea I might buy the test pipe from rrm and just swap our the cat before I emissions test! Also find a way to straight pipe the resonator! Get more loud and be more ricey lol!
