Hey so I our purchased my 2002 lancer es a couple weeks ago and It has these green lights on the Side of the headlights . Are those the HID lights . I want to change them to blue since I changed my dome lights to blue . Here's a pic

 

Those i believe should be your parking lights, those are like your "fog lights" easy to change out needs a regular little LED bulb. would look nice just huge cop attracter lol.
