how do i adjust my HID headlights in my 2011 lancer gts, the driver side beam is lower and the headlights have a dial to move them up and down?

Its really easy, 10mm bolt on the backside near the plug-in harness for your low/high beams. You can literally find "about" the center of your headlights, and run your finger down the back and feel a big screw. I just use a 10mm socket on an extension and do it by hand (retrofitted my lancer ES, so takes a bit of adjustment :P ).
