Lancer 08 GTS Rear speaker problem MITO-02

Hey guys, I'm having a big problem with my aftermarket radio I just installed, I have Rockford fosgate with amp and sub and I installed a pioneer app radio 3 using the mito-02 by metra. Now plugged everything in, everything is working expect one thing. The rear speakers are cutting in and out. Front seems to be working fine but it's as if the rear is overpowered or something. I also noticed when I try to balance all the sound to the rear all the sound goes only to the subwoofer. Nothing in the speakers. It's as if the front and rear speakers are wired together cause when I putt eh fader all the way to front it makes no difference in sound and I still hear the rear speakers cutting in and out, just no more bass. Anybody have a fix? Thanks guys!

I have the Appradio2 and you have to turn off the radio/ipod. Swipe to get to the set up screen (second page) and now some more options will be available (including 'how to set up rear speakers/rear sub').

I can't be more exact - I don't have the car here... If you need more - let me know
