steering wheel problems

My horn jammed in from applying to much pressure. I am pretty sure i could fix it but i was wondering if anyone on here who may have installed an aftermarket steering wheel might want to sell their original...

just take it apart carefully. its probably just a wiring issure. hopefully not from that circuit ring thang
