Power from an O.Z?

I'm 18 and a lube tech learning to be a mechanic and I drive an 03 lancer O.Z now I'm old school early 2000s style so I'm gonna neon inside and out this thing but RN it's stock I want maybe 180 outta it and then I'm gonna bottle it but I wann know like the top ten best power upgrades I can do I plan to str8 pipe it and I have lightweight pulleys and a flywheel on order I wanna leave it N/A for now so what's left for me to do?

Grow up and ditch the neon

ECU tuning first and foremost, this may surprise you, but body kits, wings and neon does not constitute "tuning"

Turbo it....

stock is 120 hp at the flywheel, max....

trying to get 180 is a pipe dream... not going to happen

i tried everything with my 03 oz and there is nothing you can do to make it fast other than a turbo.
these cars can corner very well i love the way it drives but dam! its missing power haha
