Is it 5 1/4" or 6 1/2"?

Thanks!

Im in the middle of rewiring the car and amping all speakers / replacing speakers .... and have yet to tackle the rear. By the cover, and space you'd guess theyd be no more than 5.1/4 , but ive yet to confirm this. Easiest way would to just take off the covers and check it out, im still not sure how to get to them!

They list a total of 45 speakers that will fit our cars, ranging from 5 1/4 to 6 3/4

hope that might help

Not really, they list both sizes for the rear. I was hoping someone had already swapped them out.

Factories are 5 1/4 but shallow magnet 6 1/2 will fit though you need to drill holes

Where do you drill holes? In the plastic? The metal? Just drill for wires? Please elaborate. Thanks!

I basically dropped a 6 1/2" in there and drilled new mounting holes.
