I'll be really glad for you when (if) you finally receice your parts. After waiting for this long, I hope for you guys that the parts are the most perfect pieces of bodykit ever...

ok we all understand that accolade takes a long time to ship. its brand new parts coming from overseas. theyve done many group buys like this before and i dont think anyone has NOT received the kit they ordered. so theres no use in antagonizing.

 

well of course everyone has gotten there orders. but its hard when accolade first said that the orders would be shipped out in january and then they said they had some shipment delays which i understand. BUT now they say that the parts will arrive the first week of fevuary and parts will be shipped ASAP. tommorow is the third week of febuary and they havent gotten the container or any thing. I am pretty sure when you spend 1000$ over the internet you are goin to be pretty worried. and like i have said before i was in a minor bumper accident and i am driving around with a wrecked front end cause i am waiting for my bodykit to come in.

 

this does not surprise me at all. This is one of the reasons why people complain about them. I liked ACCOLADE before, liked their parts, design, material and prices. Only thing that ACCOLADE lacks is a good customer service. You can trust ACCOLADE but they should at least send out an email to customers if they are any shipping delays....which they will not. They had 1-800-AERO-KIT # try that if anyone picks up. If not, complain to paypal and get the refund.

 

the container is here we are just waiting for customs to finish doing their job they are taking a little longer then we expected, Los Angeles port is the busiest port in the U.S. after 9/11 they scan and inspect each and everyone..

 

wow i havent checked this thread or forum at all since i ordered the kit, i've gotten a couple emails and i never got worried but then again i wasnt in a crazy rush to get mine and i assume my order will be slowest because i got the hood and added on the prep/primer, hell it was like 100 bucks why not.anyway, lookin forward to doin this kit, i might actually be selling my car afterwards because i was in a bad bike accident i'm still recovering from and i have some bills i dont want to linger so hey if anyone wants a ralliart with the full hyper kit, evo hood, in red i'm your guy

accolade, can you give us an apporximate date when the kits will be shipped out and when i would receive it. I am gunna start making appoiments and scheludes to get it done. thanks

 

please just give me a little more time, what gets us in trouble is quoting time arrivals and missing them because of unforseen delays? Red_Dragon how much advanced notice do you need, when I send out the tracks that will give you the exact day of arrival, we ship ODFL and they will contact all of you and work with your schedule.

 

I missed the group buy but I may be interested in the kit, I'm over in Missouri. Shoot me a PM and a price if you decide not to install it, maybe we can work a deal.
